Engineer turned marketer
I graduated with a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Benin — trained to break systems down, find where they lose efficiency, and rebuild them so they work. I use that same instinct on brands and businesses now, instead of production lines.
For the last four years I've worked as a freelance web developer and marketer — building the website, the brand and the growth campaign for founders who needed all three, and doing it for my own projects too. I hold HubSpot certifications in Inbound Sales and Email Marketing, and I lean on AI tools daily to move faster on content, branding and outreach.
I'm currently moving toward Product Marketing, Technical PMM, Developer Advocate and Growth Marketing roles — remote, and ideally paid in foreign currency — where the technical background and the marketing craft can both pull weight.
